Laksa @ Ayer Itam Market, Penang

In other states, people might call it asam laksa.
But in Penang, we just simply call it laksa!
Remember, it is not curry mee or whatsoever!

"Laksa is a sour fish-based soup."

The asam that make the laksa sour and "Heh Koh" (prawn paste) to make it sweet.

Heh Kok, black in color
 Best combo with sugar cane!


If you are allergy to prawn, remember not to put Heh Koh.
But it would be less nicer! =p
Personally, I won't mind itchy for a few days for good food! =D
But, a lot of people that you have to sit at opposite of the road.
